How can you preach the virtues of capitalism to people who don’t have any capital? It takes capital to be a capitalist. I totally understand why so many young people are saying “What the hell has global capitalism ever done for me?”

Not true. Spend less than you make and you can build capital. Not always easy, but possible. Many people do it. Many immigrants do it. I did it. That’s how it’s always been done . For the most part.

Capitalism is individual ownership of the means of production. Each individual owns himself, his time, labor, skills, and what he trades for with others. From this essential self ownership follow private property, free trade, and social cooperation through the division of labor.

Capitalism is a word that means accumulation of Capital from 1 to infinity. You see the virtues of the free market system every day and take advantage of them. Global free market do the same. Why do you hate commerce if you take advantage of it all the time. All my respect!
