Extrajudicial killings are illegal in America. As former prosecutors, we're requesting @JusticeOIG investigate the killing of #MichaelReinoehl. @POTUS suggested U.S. marshals were sent in to execute him without trying to arrest him. Our letter with @RepKathleenRice ⬇️

i love the idea that the US doesn't do extrajudicial killings constantly without any repercussions. that would be a cool world to live in

Just looked up the case, Ms. Marianne. Can't say that the man complied to be arrested. Trump's reference does not necessarily mean that SWAT team intended to kill; just that they were prepared to if they thought their own lives were threatened.
