Let’s not forget that America has been in trouble before but our historical trend has always been to self-correct. We responded to slavery with abolition, to institutionalized suppression of women with women’s suffrage & to segregation with civil rights. It’s simply our turn now.

Yes and during the Civil Rights movement it was mass protest. Societal change doesn't come easy. Don't see why calling out the civil war changes anything.
