Talk like this rings hollow from anyone who wasn’t 100% behind Bernie when it counted. But I suppose the writing was on the wall that the dems were out for Bernie/us. Better late than never.

Almost 40 million Americans lived in poverty even before the pandemic. 40% of Americans couldn’t afford a $400 unexpected expenditure even before the pandemic. Those people have not gone away, they’ve just fallen into deeper levels of hunger, suffering, despair...and invisibility
