Uh, slavery was allowed. Slaves were considered 3/5 of a human being. And women could not vote. Yes, the Constitution DOES change over time!

It is Amended through the Legislature, I just do not understand why you Democrat Politicians cannot figure out the idea that following the Constitution includes the Amendments. It is pretty simple, really!

Re: the 3/5 of a person. The ONLY reason that was implemented for seat apportionment in Congress was to prevent Southern slave states from being able to out-vote the Northern states. It was literally a move against slavery... Learn your history.
