Uh, slavery was allowed. Slaves were considered 3/5 of a human being. And women could not vote. Yes, the Constitution DOES change over time!

Yes. But there is a process for changing it, and judges are not the ones to do it. That is up to the people’s voice—legislators.

That's not true in the sense you meant it. They were 3/5ths to give slave states (like Delaware and Maryland) less influence. Lots of people didn't have the ability to vote. It was also used under the Articles of Confederation. However there it reduced taxes on the slave states

Yes, the Constitution changes through the amendment process. It doesn’t change because of a judge’s feelings, whims, or politics. This isn’t difficult stuff. This is basic civics.
