Interestingly enough, I think Marianne Williamson disagrees with you Josh. Yes, Yang should focus on calling out the perverse incentives that politicians have, but there's also a human who is following the incentives instead of what is best for the American people.

I don’t have a “strategy.” I just try to tell the truth as I see it as best I can. Politicians “strategizing” what to say seems to me to be the problem, not the solution. And if media and political pundits would get out of the way I think voters appreciate it.

I think there’s a way to run a campaign that minimizes the impact of their mischaracterizations. I failed to do that. I also think people wake up over time & can see thru things they didn’t see thru before. In any case, there’s no option for me but to tell the truth as I see it.
