I am physically unable to stand in line for hours to vote. No one is talking about how inaccessible this is to a large swath of Americans.

I suggested the other day that people who have an extra wheelchair should take it with them to their polling place. It’s these kinds of things that are going to happen all over America I think. If we talk about it now then people will become very inventive.

This year the act of voting has become a spiritual endeavor transcending any voter suppression the Republicans might come up with. We will show up non stop, wait for however long it takes and endure any pain with the grace and dignity of JC on the cross or Rama in exile. ☮️

Your solution to voter suppression is bring seats!?!
I know you mean well, but...
The storyline is not the resilience of the American people to stand in line for 8 hours to vote. The storyline is an American election system designed to keep us from voting.
Or just open more polling stations, you know the obvious thing.
I'm voting by mail myself. But on election day, I'm thinking about going to the polls and loaning voters my lawn chairs to sit on while they're in line. Others will bring water and snacks. But it shouldn't have to be this way.

Creating work arounds to a failed system instead of fixing it is pretty cringe
Get creative abt ways to help us get a ballot. Is there an alternative for ppl w disabilities? Consider diabetics who need to eat regularly. My disorder is mental and de-conditioning. A chair won't help me. (I have my ballot) #DisabilityDongle

I actually think imma hop on my extra private jet and go to my extra private island in the Caribbean, the queue is awful and I am very inventive.
