I am physically unable to stand in line for hours to vote. No one is talking about how inaccessible this is to a large swath of Americans.

I suggested the other day that people who have an extra wheelchair should take it with them to their polling place. It’s these kinds of things that are going to happen all over America I think. If we talk about it now then people will become very inventive.

Why should anyone have to wait in line for 11 hours to vote? That is a fail by the local and/or state government.

In the wealthiest country in the history of humankind, why is this even suggested? This bullshit is giving a person who just crashed their bike a helmet as they lay on the ground bleeding from the head. This is performative empathy

We can’t blame the voters for voter suppression. There’s not how it works

There are a lot of disabled people who can't stand in line for hours due to disability for whom a wheelchair wouldn't help. Disability isn't just about needing to sit in a chair, and accessibility isn't just about needing wheels.

Just increase the voting locations. 1. To cut down on potential covid spread. 2. To shorten wait times. And definitely make voting a holiday and require businesses to allow paid days off to go vote.

This is ridiculous. I can’t afford a wheelchair and I have mobility issues. So do many other people. What type of “advice “ is this when someone is explaining how inaccessible voting is? Smh.

Could your response be more oblivious and out of touch?
