What’s even the point of lower courts if the state can just immediately take it to higher ones with more expected favorability? See also: the dozens of Trump cases making (or made) their way to SCOTUS.

Most of us Vote in person! We take pride in exercising our rights as Citizens. Then there are those that mail in vote, registered/counted. Then there are the counties that are less then a few thousands, whom again, vote in person. Texas is big but spread out. Stay in your lane.
