Ever since I posted that I’ve been doubting whether it’s an accurate quote because Susan B Anthony died before the passage of the 19th amendment. So like, who would she have been talking to? Will research further. Still a good quote.

Attribution issues aside, it’s a concept that points out our duty to do right by those that gave us the privilege of freedom. We need a #REindependenceDay from the #RepubloFascists that keep #ThirdWorldingAmerica to keep #DonaldDuce in power. We don’t deserve a #TangerineRepublic

Given 2020, that's not even remotely close to an issue here. Mayyybe in 2021 😎 Your point is appreciated! #VoteBlueDownBallot #VoteBidenHarris

It's accurate. With this quote, she begins to hint at the efforts she put into helping assure the right to vote for women in the U.S. and the efforts put in by others to maintain that right for everybody.

It's always good form to mention Susan B. Anthony, and remind ourselves that she and the other women alive then who worked for change: long arduous lecture tours in horse-drawn vehicles, state after state, demonstrating, getting heckled by swinish men, toiling on it FOR DECADES.

It’s still a fact that millions of people before us had much harder judgements of the “lesser of two evils”. They still voted. Not voting is insulting to their struggle

Prophetic words? Maybe. African American males? Who acquired the right to vote long before women. Possibly
