I’d worry that people would get out of line to go after the celebrity. It’s a good thought though. How about if people in line start bringing small portable speakers & use their playlists. They can dance there way to the top of the line.

I think some voting orgs used to fun activities and food at polling stations lines. I don't know if the pandemic has changed that.
