I've noticed when "people" ask these questions, they already know the answer & are just goading. What generally happens: an answer to the question is given. Then, the questioner ignores the answer, or responds with a non-sequitur. I've never seen concession of a point.

But they specifically ask for "just one" example so they can pull out their strawman arguments to waste time, cause chaos & frustration. Asking for a single lie is like asking for the location of the first drop of rain in a downpour before admitting it's raining.
