The undue influence of money on our politics is the cancer underlying all the other cancers. With the current SCOTUS we won’t be able to overturn Citizens United anytime soon, but we need to work towards a Constitutional amendment to establish public funding for federal campaigns

Face it. All Trump has done his entire life is brag about how rich is. His homes were decorated with lavish gaudy ornate gold. The man worships the almighty dollar. The WH will need purifying /detoxification when he moves. I’m sure it wreaks with his negative vives😖

Marianne, how about a constitutional amendment saying that the number of Supreme Court Justices shall be nine? #MAGA

And state campaigns. There's a lot of special interest money there too.

And ... we need to write ..."Iron Clad Laws" ... that are so well written ... they can't be overturned by SCOTUS ...

Don't forget though, the Constitution of these United States of America is the greatest governing document written by man. "Never give up, never surrender!"

I agree, campaign finance rules allow a small few to wield immense power. I disagree on Citizens United, I do believe it could & should be overturned. The decision was a direct result of the incompetent argument presented by the @DOJ in the original case. Words matter in law.
