Rhetorical question. Isn’t it a primary responsibility of government to do everything possible to keep our people safe? If they’ll spend hundreds of billions of dollars to fight a foreign enemy, why would they do less to fight an enemy inside our bodies? nytimes.com/2020/10/09/healt…

Ahhh! And the 210,000 who’ve already died in this country? You’re like saying that every time there’s a plane crash we really shouldn’t care that much because just think of all the hundreds of thousands of people who flew that day and it was fine!

I hate our US foreign policy that is predatory harming other countries with wars, regime changes and sanctions while taking money away from improving lives in the US.

Government should advise people not decide what the individual needs to do for safety it works both ways. Some people look for government for all the answers but common sense and intelligence and experience can help decide the best for one’s safety.

Government agencies full of unelected beurocrats should not be dictating policy to ordinary Americans. If New Yorkers want to ride the subway in gas masks they can pass such legislation themselves - this is how democracy works.

Somethings still bothering me deeply about how people are so strangely ok with the behaviors of the administration and GOP. People and dying and people are hungry and people are poor. And yet, we seem think those problems are ok too.
