1/ For years I heard people say things like “I’m not political” & that illusion contributed to what’s happening now. In fact everything is political: the quality of the air you breathe, toxins in food, safety of cars and airplanes, whether or not you have healthcare and fair pay.

2/ Many blame others for perpetrating madness they wouldn’t have been able to perpetrate if more of us had been awake politically. Too many people remaining apolitical enabled the emergence of a “political class.” And how’d did they do? Look around you.

3/ Too many people were distracted, but no more: a political awakening is at hand. We can’t see all the results yet but on the level of cause a political volcano is brewing, a realignment of our hearts with our highest ideals. See beyond the darkness and straight into the light.

4/ It’s not where we are that ultimately matters so much as where we’re going. The waters we’re in right now are turbulent, but on the other side of this there’s a calm and pristine bay of societal potential. Every moment we spend imagining it is a moment we help bring it forth.

Ironically, it is government overreach that made me political. Should things be regulated for safety, ABSOLUTELY. Should I be told I have to take a vaccine w/o 1 oz. of education to the masses about taking responsibility for your own health through diet exercise ABSOLUTELY NOT!

Once you care for others you are political. Sad some don't give a damn about anybody, and they are still political.

Yep. I say this a lot! It seems like it would be common sense, but it isn’t.

I’ve been politically active my whole life and most of the friends I keep are the same. You cracked me up one time when you said if we’re not supposed to talk about politics or religion at dinner, boy are you left out 😁 You see that blank stare when you start to go there #vote
This is truer and truer as we become more and more connected, but is there something to being unconnected and less dependent on government and is our technology and overpopulation the real problem?
