I don’t understand having a problem with taxing people so rich that there’s no way they would even feel the sting of a wealth tax. A wealth tax wouldn’t make a difference for them in the quality of one day, yet the money could be used to save the lives of millions. #WealthTaxNow
There is no reason billionaires should hold $10,000,000,000,000 in wealth while food lines stretch for miles and millions are on the brink of eviction. Tax the rich.

It’s greed, supported by competition that is fueled by aggression. You can see it in their eyes and twisted lies and contorted views. Teach love to all children and all children shall love. #yesrising what’s possible.

I understand the sentiment and agree in theory. In practice the experience of countries that have tried this is not a positive one. In Europe for example (read): npr.org/sections/money/2019/…

Because taxes for the wealthy always make their way down to the middle class. Who has the lobbying power?

Taking away that little from a few billionaires wouldn't be enough to help many poor people.

I agree 100% ... they wouldn't feel a thing!

And if they want to show the rest of humanity that they are human too they might start doing more now rather than waiting for higher taxes.
