And high school should include a robust and HONEST civics course to go along with the earlier voting age. We could be the most engaged and proactive democracy in the world, we just have to work for it.
The entire voter registration phenomenon is unnecessary; every American citizen should just be automatically registered on their 18th birthday (and we should lower the voting age).
