Learn some history. Alluding to something being “Soviet” is very different than alluding to what Russia is doing today.

During World War II, fascists and Nazis were trying to take over the world and Americans marshaled all our efforts to push them back. Today, Americans are deciding whether or not to give them a second term.

Yes I’ll elaborate. The Soviet Union ended, and Hayes’ comment was about behavior that reminded him of the Soviets. I remember it and I agree with him.

You should learn some history. McCarthyism did no favors to the people the first time. Vaguely enabling it now doesn't help either. You would think people would've learned this when the "Kremlin talking points" was thrown back at Sanders after his support of it.
