The entire voter registration phenomenon is unnecessary; every American citizen should just be automatically registered on their 18th birthday (and we should lower the voting age).

No. Voting is a privilege. Do you want ignorant and uniformed voters? And lowering the age to 16? Absolutely no! Kids don’t have the maturity. As they say; if you’re not a liberal in your 20’s you have no heart. If you’re not a conservative in your 40’s you have no brain.

That’s what we do in Oregon and have been voting that way since 1998. Trump would have Americans believe it’s a unsafe way to vote. Hogwash, it couldn’t be safer and we’re a perfect example of that.

Republicans can't win if all eligible voters vote. They need electoral handouts to be competitive. The Senate and Electoral College were created to give them crutches over the majority popular vote. That's why they're quick to remind everyone this is a REPUBLIC not a democracy.
