Trump shutting down any negotiation over Covid relief until after the election is cruel & inhumane. Almost sadistic. To say “Vote for me and then afterwards I will give you money” to people who are desperate, hungry & on the verge of eviction is an action unworthy of who we are.

Not really. It's exactly what the US is doing to Iran. And Venezuela. And they've been doing it for years to Cuba. Trump simply incarnates the reality of the US always that no one wants to face. Biden won't erase that.
