It's a great idea! ... I think similar kinds of groups exist in Israel ... All it takes is ... a bit of Self-Control ... and a lot of Courage.
We need to proactively break down our biases, and learn how to understand and respect others. We can do this BEFORE we even talk to anyone. We spend our lives becoming who we are. It’s time we made it a habit to appreciate and respect how others become who they are. 1/n

Personal growth happens when we accomplish something we never thought we'd be able to. Also happens when we understand and respect a person or idea we never thought we'd be able to. We value "can do" attitudes. Must inspire "can empathize" attitudes. 3/3
