Why would we be bailing out an airlines if they’re firing their workers anyway? The trillions of bailout dollars should have gone directly to people in the form of #DirectCashRelief. What are the woman in this video & tens of millions like her supposed to do now, @senatemajldr ?
Flight attendants across the country this week give tearful goodbyes on their final flights as more than 40,000 airline employees are furloughed today.

Between the bailouts and the PPP to people who didn’t need it, tens of billions were wasted. People are hungry, losing their homes & Congress can’t be bothered to issue new relief to the people. Such a failure.

Makes sense to me. Give the workers the money until things get back to normal. They already bailed out the airlines.

I'd rather bailout the airlines than give money to the 'church' of scientology again. True story.

Absolutely, Marianne, the media wasn't friendly to you, but the more I hear you the more I like you.

I am a United flight attendant who was furloughed on the 1st. I have a 1 and 2-year-old. My family is losing MUCH NEEDED healthcare. We need Medicare for all now! I’m not sure what my little family will do. @SenBlumenthal @ChrisMurphyCT @SpeakerPelosi

The last hired and the first fired.

Bailing out airlines is the worst possible way to spend money in A PANDEMIC where people aren’t flying! Like every other business they could have proactively made cuts & reduced routes- their people could collect unemployment and the cares act payments, and be eligible for recall

Thank you for sharing this video of this beautiful human. I hope she gets cash relief, like the airline is getting.

Capitalism can’t help them but socialism can....A taxpayers bailout already in the works
