How is it possible that the only question is whether or not this man gets his job back? There is no way he should ever get his job back - or be a policeman anywhere else either! But shouldn’t he be charged with a crime for what he did to her??denver.cbslocal.com/2020/09/…

Black women are always treated like animals by misogynistic, racist thugs. You wonder why we are angry? This is why.

Not only should he be charged with a crime but the city should pay her money for her pain and suffering

This is infuriating! This sick man should be fined, and arrested. His name should also be placed in some sort of database that will restrict him from working in any type of law enforcement throughout this country.

There's a presidential ticket that you're willfully ignoring that actually wants to end qualified immunity. Just sayin.

This is criminal, pure & simple. (Former UK police officer here, although I have no understanding of US law, but I can't imagine it would be any different). No decent police officer would want to work alongside a colleague who treated people - or animals - in this way.

Aurora is constantly firing cops for decorum infractions and retaining cops who commit serious crimes. It's a stark pattern that even extends to their treatment of on-the-clock intoxication. One guy who still works there was caught driving drunk, another guy was fired for less.

The only question to debate here is whether his prison sentence should be 5 years or if it should be longer
