“Radicalizer-in-chief” sounds right to me.
"[Trump] is the law enforcement threat. The commander-in-chief has become the radicalizer-in-chief... Look at the response that it got from the violent extremist groups, that's all that matters... Ignorance as a strategy doesn't work" - @FrankFigliuzzi1 w/ @NicolleDWallace

Not to me: this is saying that being radical is bad - reinforces milquetoast centrism. There are radicals who are also anti-violence and pro-justice. Trump is Psychopath-in-Chief, a lover of violence and division.

Well the DNC radicalized me. I used to vote blue no matter who. But after decades of no reciprocation punctuated by the complete hack job on Bernie Sanders, I’m considering voting for Trump and I’m in a swing state. You say punishing them is bad. Is rewarding them good?
