He's encouraging paramilitaries who are always waiting for a green light. Regardless of who wins, them and the police will still terrorize. Hope Biden wins but Biden won't fight them or solve their drivers, he'll try to meet them in the middle.

To me, it seems like Trump doesn't care about anything or anyone but himself, which is arguably worse. He's an opportunistic egomaniac who uses white supremacist groups and their sympathizers for his own gain. He couldn't care less who suffers as long as he comes out on top.
