When this nightmare is over we’ll need to guarantee 3 things to make sure it never happens again: that 1) every American child learn civics, 2) every citizen has enough economic opportunity to thrive, and 3) we take the money out of politics and return government to the people.

First revise Civics. A lot of these people took civics and history. It was bland, inaccurate, and seen as a throw away course compared to Math and Science. Our history and civics courses need to be completely rewritten from an objective perspective versus what we have now.

A vote for Biden is giving the staggering incompetence of the democratic party a pass. It will become even more unlikely for your three goals to ever be accomplished.

That you think you can control other people and make everything equal is the result of a Godless mentality. Government is and always has been ripe for corruption. To want to expand it is the nightmare.

Yammering about "learn civics" while blithely ignoring a @debates scam whose malodorous influence in US politics dwarf's Putin's stupid Facebook ads y'all obsess-over is one of those things that makes us mock you, Orb Mom. This rando's meme says it all - Duopoly party hypocrisy.

And the corporations that control our government are going to let that happen. We live in an oligarchy. They are not going to relinquish power with a simple election. They have purchased both candidates

Hey, Marianne. You should get in touch with the Sandra Day O'Connor School of Law in Phoenix. They do a Civics Camp for middle schoolers that I've had the pleasure of providing photo coverage for the past two years. I WISH we'd have had this when I was a kid.

I'm a little tired of truisms. Seems as though too many people are should-ing all over the place.

You are a Republican! 1) prosperity generates education 2) only economic growth reduces inequality 3) small government and less monopolies
