If the incident with his taxes does nothing more than awaken more Americans to how the tax code is the primary way govt makes sure a tiny group of Americans gets much more than they deserve & the vast majority of Americans get much less than they need, then it’s good it happened.

This is very vague. Wake me up if you mean Americans would be better off keeping the money they earn than forfeiting it to the wealth distribution of the government that seems to consistently keep the politicians fat.

Oh please. Nothing vague about it. Look at the 90% tax on the wealthiest during the days of Eisenhower, a republican president, and look at it through the 2017 $2T tax cut where eighty three cents of every dollar went to the very richest and corporations.

I agree 100%, but GOOD GRIEF! How clueless would they have to be not to have known that at THIS late date?!? The “Fair Tax Amendment”...could be a better way. Fairtax.org

U.S. Constitution for Presidential Eligibility Requirements must change. Add on must Not have IRS investigating you for tax evasion. And Must show filed Tax Returns for at least last 5 years. Presidential requirements lack for the present times.
