Amy Barrett being Catholic is a good thing; Joe Biden is a Catholic too. Republicans are trying to make it as though the Left is criticizing her Catholicism but it’s not true. It’s the repressive tenets of the “People of Praise” sect she belongs to that are genuinely concerning.

No Marianne it is the fact that the left did not win. If they had they would be filling this seat and you know it. To say otherwise is a lie.

If her sect believes women are subservient to men and therefore not equal to men, that is a huge problem. If she views the constitution through that lens there’s no way she can be impartial on women’s rights cases. She probably shouldn’t be a judge at at all.

Devout Muslim here. Like really devout. Her beliefs potentially making way into all Americans lives scares the living hell out of me.

Actually Democrats are just reaching to find something wrong with a person who seems to be living an exemplary life. We moderates are tiring of the two parties trying to rationalize their lack of civility continually.

You need to state exactly what is concerning. Exactly what in her life and life style you find so concerning as a human being. You are showing your true colors in this statement.
