This is not true. What is true is that, as the Center for Reproductive Rights says, 23 states have the potential to ban abortion, and that *would* greatly affect poor women. In 8 states, the right to abortion is "at risk," but "in 19 states, the right to abortion appears secure."
If Republicans succeed in putting a justice on SCOTUS who allows them to repeal Roe v. Wade, it will not stop abortions in America. Rich women will continue to have safe ones, and poor women will go back to the days of back alley abortions where many were harmed and many died.
