Focusing only on what America has done wrong is as unbalanced a view of truth as is focusing only on what we’ve done right. An enlightened and compassionate view sees all of who we are, celebrating & building on what we’ve done right and dedicated to fixing what we’ve done wrong.

Would love a quick bullet point list of what we have done right. No sarcasm here, genuinely struggling.

Show me the good. Please! Where is it?? Any perceived good was greed! America acts only in its own interest for its own selfish reason- white supremacy! That’s it!!

So, you're suggesting that "S/he normally doesn't cheat on me." or "They usually don't murder people." is acceptable? I do see your intention, but focusing on what should be 'the bare minimum' or what one SHOULD do seems unproductive, at best.
