Couldn't Mark Cuban spearhead this if he really wanted to? I mean I know he doesn't have access to everyones bank account like the govt but if he wanted to he could test run it in Dallas and start with 500.00 for every family. He could treat it like a Shark Tank idea.

The "use it or lose it" part is ridiculous. What if I need to save some of money to pay the rent or bills? I've never in my life spent $1000 on anything but necessities in two weeks.

The "use it lose it" aspect of his proposal is absurd. Millions of Americans have zero savings. They shouldn't be punished for doing whats in their families best interest.
