First question should be this: What hard evidence should convince a rational person that Earth's climate is worse now than it was 10, 100, or 1,000 years ago?

LOL, it wasn't much of a part of your primary debates either. Our political parties and their media partners don't really want to talk about it. Might upset their fossil fuel donors/advertisers.

Climate what?

Same reason technology and automation, as related to production and economy growth but job loss, never was asked. They don't actually understand or care let alone figure out how to articulate a generic response to particular questions on it

Politicians are also clearly conflicted here as one day its renewable and sustainable energy and the next its let's keep drilling and fracking. They dont know the answer in the elite consensus yet. Still being hashed out by the corporate and duopoly partnership.

Trump will belittle and ridicule Biden and anyone else who believes in Climate change ... he'll say it's from ... "SUNSPOTS"... and Biden better be ready with the science ... that says it's not!

Level 1 Climate Denier vs Level 3 Climate Denier. Climate change is a hoax -vs- we have time to frack and burn. People are simply insane. We are out of time.

Indeed, the looming climate change crisis might make #coronavirus look like a Sunday picnic.

It should be highest on the agenda, a climate emergency should be declared, our media and leaders are not doing their job informing people about the basic facts of what is happening and why it's so urgent that we mobilize everyone to deal with the crisis
