Unpopular opinion but I found @marwilliamson incredibly condescending towards @AndrewYang on their podcast. Lefties love it because they want to stick it to Yang. He sees the same problems you do. He doesn't need to be grilled into using the same rhetoric that you use.

Her pointing out Andrew's vaguetweeting was good. Referencing his specific tweet about Biden redefining the center against him was not because it's true. Andrew knows the stakes of this election and is gladly supporting Biden. There's no need to undermine that.

We interpreted their convo differently then. I'm not sure exactly how she's supporting Biden besides being vocal on socials (this isn't sarcasm) but Andrew's doing a lot of observable work to tip the scales in his favor. That shouldn't be used against him.

Her resentment is understandable but I feel like she could have gone at Andrew more productively.

Odd how some people have a problem with an adult conversation. Is every sentence we say to each other supposed to be, "I agree with you, darling?" Good friends don't have to always see eye to eye on everything. That's how we learn from each other.

Appreciate your response Marianne. Your conversation seemed emblematic of the mistrust much of the left has of Yang and wanting him to adopt their boldfaced approach of calling things out. It's clear by now he's not that kind of person. I wish more people can see past rhetoric.

But you do agree with each other..I think thats why the unnecessary saltiness kinda made you come across like the jealous"uncool kid"that's not invited into the club and therefore wants to make Andrew boycott his place at the table so you can feel righteous and left out together.
