When Merrick Garland was nominated in 2016 to fill Justice Scalia’s seat, we were 237 days away from an election. Now we’re just 42 days away from an election, yet Leader McConnell wants to jam a nominee through. That’s a dangerous double standard that can’t be allowed to stand.

You should’ve been the nominee or at least the vp candidate. You were cheated out of votes most likely as it seems now and you still back these first bags? 🤦‍♂️
So many democrats know how to write a strongly worded letter, she's condensed it down to a tweet. If the DNC & centrist neoLiberal corporate beholden-to-their-donors democrats only fought as hard against the GOP as they did against Bernie, Tulsi & now apparently @ProudSocialist

What she said, what’s the plan?
When the numbers are against you, and the gop does nothing but kowtow to trump, what can be done? If Biden wins he can’t undo any appointment. It’s sad.
She won't do a fucking thing. She will shed fake performative tears for the PR points and then move on and accept whatever the GOP wants to nominate. Dems/Obama were corrupt idiots to not take advantage in 2016. GOP won't make that mistake.
