Our modern economy was created when women had no voice in the public sphere. Children were seen as having no economic value & raising them was seen as “woman’s work.” We have a voice now though and we need to use it. Raising a child is not just woman’s work; it’s society’s work.

That is simply untrue.

Depends on how you define a modern economy timeline and lets cut to the chase, raising a child isn't just woman's work but men's work and we know it, some just fail at it. What blurs the lines is failure is a non gender thing.

The most important factor in a child’s upbringing is good parenting. You can’t change that. Family is what matters.

Thanks, Miss Nobody, we all know it takes a village and you are no HRC. Go away. You’re all about your own ego. How ironic! Remember when you tried to turn Renaissance Unity into the Church of Marianne?

Only in a socialist society can reproductive labor (including cleaning and caring) be truly democratized and liberated from gender expectations

When I was a kid I was raised by the community in part. The teachers and neighbors and other family members were involved. We have since stripped that away

You speak deep truths. I wish you had a prime time slot Marianne. I can see why they were scared of you. You’re a true visionary. ♥️

No, it is not society's job.
