Rest In Peace, Ruth Bader Ginsberg. Lord, we have big shoes to fill. In a statement dictated to her granddaughter days before her death, RBG said “My most fervent wish is that I will not be replaced until a new President is installed.” Let’s do our best to make her wish come true

I have a 4.0 GPA in Constitutional law and Criminal Justice. Graduate this year. You don’t install a President. You elect one and then there is a peaceful transition of power. Install implies a less democratic agenda. That’s all.

The constitution is the constitution. A supreme court justice is nominated by the president and then confirmed by the Senate.

Marianne, I was calling out the use of the word “installed” pertaining to the President. Not sure where you are missing my point here. Love and light to you.
