I thought the Press was already protected ... "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press;" ... but, if this Bill needs to be signed, then it should be signed.

The news is not showing the whole picture. They have a narrative. NY, MN, SF they have all have a dramatic increase in crime since defunding police. Reform is not the same as demoralize, degrade, and NOT ACKNOWLEDGE! Police are human and they do a lot of good. Dont forget it
