Both Yang & Gabbard had the moderate-pull that Bernie didn’t. I’m not American but would vote Republican. Yang and/or Gabbard would have been the only two Dems that would have taken me from Trump

Literally speaking, I agree there is never a going back. But there can certainly seem to be, and I think that's part of the issue here.

I don't think it's any worse now than it has been, it was perhaps just better hidden before. It's hard to see Biden as a positive force, and I'm not a Trump fan.

If you don't understand the problems of Biden by now, I don't think you would be swayed by what I told you. But even Marianne could admit to not being Biden's biggest fan.

Time will tell. I can't currently enthuse about either option. But fingers crossed for a better future.

I tried to avoid reading the comments here but with 300 of them in the que I thought I'd take a brief stroll thru the pasture. Sad stuff. This is what happens when you cultivate a "they're all corrupt" message during the Primary. Not blaming you for this alone but, sigh. Karma.
