Adam Smith, the main architect of free market capitalism, said it “cannot exist outside an ethical context.” Whether capitalism, tech, govt or something else, everything will be dangerous until we replace the question “How much $ will it make?” with “Is it the right thing to do?”

I think we all have seen that capitalism now 100% exists outside of ethics. It believes that profit is the #1 priority. "The right thing to do" is a joke to make them laugh. That's where we have been for decades. Adherents of unregulated free-market capitalism are sociopaths.

We should be in the end stage of this capitalism cycle. It is being falsely propped up and that is why it cannot work. Corporations are supposed to fail in a healthy capitalism.
