Just to be clear, this is what they did in the German concentration camps. I don’t know who the people are who are perpetrating a hostile takeover of the US govt & the principles this country has stood for – I can’t believe it’s just one man – but it must be stopped. It must be.

Not true at all. Many of the concentration camps were work camps rather than death camps, although once people had worked so much that they were of no use to the Nazis then they would be sent to death camps.

No, actually it’s not. America has always been, in every generation, a struggle between the best and the worst human traits. No differently than now. We’ve never been all good and we’ve never been all bad. We’ve been a mix of the two from the very beginning.

Congress has funded this and when we called for the camps to be closed and the people to be freed Pelosi gave an addition $4.6billion in funding - ice must be abolished and all the concentration camps closed now!

This is just another instance of America doing what it does. The capture, detention, and mistreatment of POC is the foundation of this country. 1 man is not the root cause, but his normalization of White Supremacist rhetoric and behavior make this possible.

This is SOP for America. They did this to Puerto Rican's in the 60's while also using us as guinea pigs for their birth control testing. It is one of the reasons I am ALWAYS skeptical of American "assistance" with reproductive rights else where in the world.
