This is horrendous. One of the key Jewish tenets is tikkun olam, or healing the world. There is clearly a lot that needs to be healed, and systemic racism and resultant longstanding inequality rank at the top of that list for many Jews. I’m so sorry this happened.

I want to second this response. I’m so sorry this happened to you. And at the same time, this woman does not represent Jews in general. Judaism’s tradition of tikkun olam has been a guiding tenet in my own life and that of many Jews.

Fellow Jew here. I totally understand the impulse to say “not all Jews” but I think we need to put our energy into pushing back on Jews who say things like this woman did.
