Campaigns end but the message must continue. The level of economic injustice & despair in this country is unsustainable; the way we’re neglecting people’s needs now is a continuation of the economic ethos which has prevailed for decades.

Isn't it ironic, that a spiritualist is maybe the biggest and calm voice of political reason of the American left and the entire US political landscape .. don't you think?

What’s ironic? Abolitionist movement emerged from early evangelicals in NH, many leaders of the suffragette movement were Quakers & MLK was a Baptist preacher. Biggest social justice movements in American history emerged from spiritual & religious circles. It’s about CONSCIENCE.

Back then religion may have been practiced with some sort of consciousness. They seem impatient now that doctrines prophecies are not coming and their purpose now is to force the issue, hasten earth and human demise perhaps then their messiah will come.

Nothing is ironic then. Rather a lack of knowledge on my side and the intention to wrap a political comment in a catchy Alanis Morissette reference I guess ...
