Campaigns end but the message must continue. The level of economic injustice & despair in this country is unsustainable; the way we’re neglecting people’s needs now is a continuation of the economic ethos which has prevailed for decades.

Isn't it ironic, that a spiritualist is maybe the biggest and calm voice of political reason of the American left and the entire US political landscape .. don't you think?

What’s ironic? Abolitionist movement emerged from early evangelicals in NH, many leaders of the suffragette movement were Quakers & MLK was a Baptist preacher. Biggest social justice movements in American history emerged from spiritual & religious circles. It’s about CONSCIENCE.

How can a message so practical, and filled with hope and decency, be so commonly absent from regular national discourse?

Because there’s a political/media industrial complex that acts as both puppet and protector of the corporate aristocracy. The only way to break that up is if people vote en masse for something else.
