Bradshaw, environmental activist, grew up in shadow of Defense Depot in Memphis, reported spending $5,778. Opponent spent 1.5 M & was fmr Japan ambassador. 1st Black woman nominated for statewide office by either major party in TN & nationwide to run for Sen this election!!!
