If Biden wins, will there still be a huge amount of work to do to course-correct this country? Absolutely! But it’s work we’ll have the chance to do, whereas in a second Trump term the opportunities for effective activism would be radically diminished. We cannot let that happen.

This same work needed to be done during Obama's administration when Dems controlled both the House and the Senate. And instead the banks were bailed out.

It’s true. But this would be a different house and a different Senate, and one not deferring to the Democratic president the way they did then.
