The fires in California are such a tragedy not only for Californians but for all the world really; that land is a global treasure that in a certain way belongs to all humanity. Tears and grief and prayers for all living things as they go through this.

Yeah I’m out in Sacramento and yesterday was horrible! Sacramento is not on fire but the ashes from fire made it here! The sky looks like rain clouds no rain and the sun is red! I’m praying for all California folks that effected by the fire🙏

I'm old enough to remember when my husband worked for the CA forestry as a underbrush controller.....and spent summers protecting and conserving to prevent fires. CA is now about $$ -and fracking and charging high prices for gentrified land ++ .@GavinNewsom
