People who say “all you need is a change in consciousness” are privileged enough to have food on the table & a roof over their head; people who think all we need is political change underestimate the psychological & emotional forces that are roiling beneath the surface of things

Well, that’s an assumption. I can say without any doubt that the people I know who would say your consciousness precedes your doing, have not all had food on the table and a roof over their heads.

The real change in consciousness will not predate but result from or at best coincide with working people uniting, taking over, and reorganizing social life on a basis of mutual respect and solidarity.

I'm facing bankruptcy from medical debt, & the Hell that Biden wrought on us, from his bill... so I hope you have 1 Hell of a way to make this OK to me. Or else it's an unfollow & a ton of anger to you. Don't make me pick from 1 who STARTED this Hell, and 1 that's made it WORSE.
