The last 4 year have induced a level of anxiety that鈥檚 made my insides feel like they鈥檝e been rung like a washcloth.
I. Am. So. Tired.
1/ It takes a personal toll - psychological, emotional & even physical - to wake up every morning and know it鈥檚 your duty as a citizen, even as a human being, to tell the truth as best you can in the face of ubiquitous lies that are part of a strategized effort to wear you down.

We all are. But this is a marathon. We have to pace ourselves, take care of ourselves and take care of each other. We have no idea how long this is going to last.
