The majority here has been brainwashed 2 believe that every time money is directed to a basic human right like healthcare, it means taxes will have 2 be raised. But that doesn't happen when the wealthiest want to dip into this country's funds. Look at the bank bailout.

The 1% model is: create the problem. profit. solve the problem. profit. and overall, make sure you keep the masses divided, in debt and therefore, obedient.

In the US, the top 1% earners account for 26.9% of all federal income tax revenues. The top 10% account for 60.1%. So the idea the poor pay the most taxes is a myth. 1/2 of Americans account for 97% of tax revenues
